East facing house. Balcony remedies.

Question

Our east facing newly constructed house has connected long balconies at south direction from Kitchen to living area.
And also we have our own another house next to that whose balcony is connected to this space. Hence we have a bigger space at south of one building as balcony whereas it is north for the next building.

I would like to know whether this is fine or if not, can you pls suggest us any remedies?
