I have an balcony from South to west In my flat... Any probelms and what is the remedy... Pls answer

Dear kishore:
In general more open area like balcony should be on North or East.
Don't confuse that because of balcony only on south to west it is bad vaasthu. Of corse the bcony should not come on the above mentioed. Due to that you will have energy inbalance.

Solution without demolishing it can be done to nullify the defect.
