Tandoori cart adjoining my plot

Question

We are planning to buy a house which is northeast facing but there is one tandoori cart adjoining our reqr courtyard in west side..though that tandoori is outside our plot area ...is there any problem..

If you have compound wall all sides in your  plot, there will not be any problem.
