Keep the fish tank in living or drawing room of a home as per fish aquarium vastu shastra. No other location of a home must have a fish aquarium.

Within living or drawing room, keep the fish aquarium in North or East directions.
Vastu recommends not keeping fish tank in kitchen or bedroom as it causes food and sleeping related medical hassles.

  • Water: Water inside the fish tank represents life and if the water is moving (by pump or some other device) then it represents liveliness or positive energy flow in life.
  • Fishes: Movement of fishes in aquarium generates and enhances positive energy and attracts prosperity, wealth and happiness. Even Chinese Feng-Shui says that the more rapidly fishes move within an aquarium, the more positive energy (Chi) they generate and more prosperity, wealth and happiness is attracted.

Answer : 

Location of fish tank according to Vastu is North North West, West North West and East South East direction. It is also can keep beside the main door. In a house/flat the water storage brings the happiness, wealth and other beneficial tips. The fish tank is as like water storage. Fish get out the negative energy of house / flat owner and also brings positive energy. It attract the wealth, prosperity and make the life happiness.

According to vastu shastra the best place to put fish tank in house is east south east, west north west , north north west.

The suitable place is east south east direction. At this place fishes will be healthy. The fishes help the house owner for wisdom .

They also help the children in education.

The ideal place for keeping fish aquarium is in the living room and the direction should be in East or Northeast.
