The ideal location for study room is on the NORTH EAST OR EAST and one must sit facing either north or east is the best.

for sleep position the children can sleep his head portion facing east side is good.  It will give you knowledge and education.

For adults the sleep portion they can keep is head on the south facing, will bring good benefits.

Following are the points for students:

  1. The study room should be located in the East, North or the North East of the house.
  2. Make sure that your child is not studying sitting under a beam. If present go for a false ceiling or can be adjusted by the interiors.
  3. Make sure that no mirror is left uncovered at the night while sleeping in the room.
  4. Since pillars, columns, sharp pointed edges of furniture, open shelves etc act as obstructions and distracts concentration, make sure to curve the edges.
  5. Study table should be facing East or North for students going for higher studies to ensure that while studying the child is facing either of these directions. South not preferred.
  6. Do keep the study table few inches away from the wall.
  7. There should be open space in front of the child to encourage fresh ideas and approach. The child should not have a door behind him.
  8. Do not place the book-shelves on the Eastern wall and not above the study table in front.
  9. Ensure that the study table is not cluttered with junk or heaps of books.
  10. A wooden chair is best with a slight cotton cushion.
  11. The study room should be brightly lit or as per the need. Adequate amount of natural light & air is a must. While studying the shadow of the child should not fall on the study table.
  12. A study lamp should be placed on the left to energize concentration. The light should be bright but not too harsh on the eyes.
  13. Children's room should be vibrant and cheerful, avoid too much of dark and dull colours in this room.
  14. Ensure that your child sleeps with his head towards South, East or West avoiding North.
  15. Hang framed certificates or display trophies etc won by the child on the South wall.
  16. Yoga can be practiced to increase concentration.

I'm a XII passed student currently preparing for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test), within the first month i was quite focused with my goal, but now i think I'm just loosing that confidence which i used to have before. I'm not even being able to concentrate on my studies, actually I don't even get that urge to study now-a-days!
So can I get some suggestions for this, i mean what are the directions for a student preparing for a medical exam.
